Clinical Supervision

I believe a supervisor should be there for you, to offer you support and guide you through your journey as a therapist . Being a counsellor can sometimes feel isolating, I’m here to help you to not feel alone and to give you the opportunity to develop and progress. I offer 1-1 supervision, telephone or video supervision.

My Experience :I  have a vast amount of experience working with clients who have addictions, Alcohol misuse, been involved in domestic/sexual abuse, struggling with Anxiety, depression, Stress related issues, loss, bereavement, OCD, PTSD, Trauma, relationship issues, low self worth, lack of confidence, and low self esteem, bullying, work related stress and many more concerns. I work with Adults, teens, children. Couples and families in therapy . I have years of experience working with vulnerable children with special education needs. I have worked as a Counsellor/ Psychotherapist  in various, settings, including secondary schools,  Grammer schools and Trauma informed alternative schools. I have historically worked as a Project manager/Safeguarding lead and Supervisor for a county wide Domestic Abuse charity supporting vulnerable adults and families with complex needs. I have knowledge and experience working within an addiction support setting, as well as running my own private practise. I have also worked as trainer and teacher within a private counselling college, allowing me to have the experience and knowledge of both sides of the counselling training journey.

How I can help you : Working as your supervisor means I’m here to listen to you, support and guide you throughout the journey with your clients. I have worked as a clinical supervisor for more than 10 years.  My therapy room is warm and inviting allowing you the space and time to explore and feel supported.
